The venue
Willow & Vine Estate
Nestled among rolling hills and old-growth trees, Willow & Vine is a garden estate with stone paths, a glass pavilion, and views that feel made for forever. Ceremony and reception both take place on the grounds so you never have to leave the magic.

Order of the day
A relaxed timeline so you can settle in and celebrate.
Cocktail hour
Passed bites, signature drinks, and golden-hour photos on the lawn.
Dinner & toasts
Seated dinner in the pavilion with heartfelt toasts and plenty of laughter.
Dancing & dessert
Open dance floor, late-night treats, and sparkler send-off around 11:00 PM.
Dress code
Garden Formal
Cocktail attire with a soft outdoor twist. Florals, linen, and breathable fabrics welcome. Heels that can handle grass (or a cute pair of flats) recommended.

Getting there
Amtrak to Rhinecliff is about 15 minutes from the venue. From NYC, the drive is roughly 2 hours. Limited on-site parking; ride-shares and hotel shuttles are encouraged.

We've reserved room blocks at The Rhinebeck Inn and Meadowview Lodge. Mention “Jack & Julie Wedding” when booking. Nearby B&Bs fill up early for September weekends.

Little guests
We adore your little ones! The ceremony and early reception are family-friendly. An evening babysitting room will be available on-site for those who prefer an adults-only dance floor.
